We have one local printer to deliver to the convention center. It is up to you to make the arrangements and pay for the service. Please note when your poster needs to be delivered by in your correspondence.
ALL POSTERS WILL BE 42 X 84 SATIN SEMI GLOSS. ALL POSTERS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED BY JUNE 3, 2022. AFTER THIS DATE THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED RUSH ORDERS AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Posters are $87.00 each ($95.22 after tax) UNTIL JUNE 3RD. Rush posters are $145.00 USD ($158.70 after tax). Orders can be placed up to 12PM JUNE 13TH BASED UPON AVAILABILITY.

Instructions for uploading: Files can be uploaded via the link https://documart.exavault.com/share/view/212p5-ajyc0vbn. Files must be saved as a PDF to be uploaded. PLEASE NOTE THE DATE NEED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS PORTION.
Payment: Credit cards only. Fill out the credit card authorization form (attached), scan it and upload it along with your poster file at the same time. Credit card numbers can also be called into the store (540) 941-7999. IF YOU DO YOU MUST INCLUDE TAX! TOTALIS $95.22 OR $158.70 for rush. PAYMENT ONLINE MUST REFERENCE YOUR NAME AND INCLUDE THE WORD “POSTER”.
